Right now I am sitting in a Covid-19 vaccination centre in the 15 minute post-vaccination count-down to monitor for any adverse reactions. I have been a nurse for 13 years, I have given vaccination, I have taken my children to vaccination clinics and I have never seen such a well oiled operation. The strategy that they are using, from check-in, to sitting in one spot and vaccinators as a team of 2, one injecting and one documenting, is such a great innovation to the traditional set up of a mass vaccination clinic. It saves so much time.
